The beach is 300 metres away.\r\n\r\nWe look forward to welcoming you and sharing unforgettable moments together!\r\n\r\nThe house has dedicated workshop and meditation areas that our guests can use free of charge - as long as no group workshop is taking place at the time.\r\n\r\nWe have the unique SkyTerrace with a captivating 360-degree view over the bays of Arillas and Agios Stefanos as well as the beautiful landscape of olive groves. The SkyTerrace also has a shady pergola, leaving plenty of room for meditation and\/or yoga.\r\n\r\nIn our Butterfly Olive Garden we also have a large wooden-decked platform where concerts, yoga, retreats and more can take place. Our guests can relax and feel at home in this grounded setting, shaded by the olive trees.\r\n\r\nOn the ground floor we have a wooden-decked terrace where our guests can meet, chill out, sit together or eat together. A pergola provides protection from too much sun.\r\n\r\nOur guests are welcome at our immediate neighbours. There you can use the pool free of charge and order breakfast, a drink or a snack.\r\n\r\nIt's about a 300-metre walk to the very wide, long sandy beach of Agios Stefanos. From the beach you also have access to various restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops.\r\n\r\nOur car park is about 100 metres from our ClaudiAgapi Retreat Center + Guesthouse.\r\n\r\nWe're also happy to welcome groups for workshops\/retreats. We make the entire house with all rooms available for groups' exclusive use. Up to 20 people can stay in the house in double rooms, or fewer if single rooms are preferred.\r\n\r\nJust get in touch with us!","_cag_house_rules":"Cleanliness & Check-in\r\n\r\nWe prepare your studio for you with great care. On arrival you'll find freshly made beds and clean towels waiting for you.\r\n\r\nDuring your stay you can book additional cleaning at any time for an extra charge, if you wish.\r\n\r\nWe provide fresh towels after 3 days on request.\r\nWe offer fresh bed linen and an interim clean after 7 days on request.\r\n\r\nCheck-in\r\nRegular check-in is from 4:00 pm.\r\n\r\nIf you arrive earlier, you're welcome to leave your luggage with us. If your studio has already been cleaned and prepared, you can of course also check in before 4:00 pm.\r\n\r\nIf you're only arriving late in the evening or at night, that's no problem.
