Our 25 m² studio on the ground floor offers the perfect combination of comfort, functionality and a relaxed atmosphere - ideal for solo travellers or couples. The bright, spacious living and sleeping area has a practical kitchenette, a modern shower room and a private terrace with a lovely view of the garden and surrounding landscape. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of Corfu and start or end your day in a relaxed way. The modern furnishings ensure a pleasant stay. Two high-quality box-spring single beds, placed directly next to each other, offer the highest sleeping comfort and can be used either as a double bed or as separate beds. The ClaudiAgapi Studio combines a Mediterranean ambience with modern living comfort and is the ideal place for restful holiday days surrounded by nature.

Welcome to the ClaudiAgapi Retreat Center on Corfu!
Our retreat center offers you an oasis of peace and relaxation, surrounded by the breathtaking nature of the Greek island. Here you can unwind, recharge your energy and connect with like-minded people. Our friendly neighbours welcome you at the large pool with bar. The beach is 300 metres away.

The house has dedicated workshop and meditation areas that our guests can use free of charge - as long as no group workshop is taking place at the time.
We have the unique SkyTerrace with a captivating 360-degree view over the bays of Arillas and Agios Stefanos as well as the beautiful landscape of olive groves. The SkyTerrace also has a shady pergola, leaving plenty of room for meditation and/or yoga.
In our Butterfly Olive Garden we also have a large wooden-decked platform where concerts, yoga, retreats and more can take place. Our guests can relax and feel at home in this grounded setting, shaded by the olive trees.
On the ground floor we have a wooden-decked terrace where our guests can meet, chill out, sit together or eat together. A pergola provides protection from too much sun.
Our guests are welcome at our immediate neighbours. There you can use the pool free of charge and order breakfast, a drink or a snack.
It's about a 300-metre walk to the very wide, long sandy beach of Agios Stefanos. From the beach you also have access to various restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops.
Our car park is about 100 metres from our ClaudiAgapi Retreat Center + Guesthouse.
We're also happy to welcome groups for workshops/retreats. We make the entire house with all rooms available for groups' exclusive use. Up to 20 people can stay in the house in double rooms, or fewer if single rooms are preferred.

Good to Know
House Rules
We prepare your studio for you with great care. On arrival you'll find freshly made beds and clean towels waiting for you.
During your stay you can book additional cleaning at any time for an extra charge, if you wish.
We provide fresh towels after 3 days on request.
We offer fresh bed linen and an interim clean after 7 days on request.
Check-in
Regular check-in is from 4:00 pm.
If you arrive earlier, you're welcome to leave your luggage with us. If your studio has already been cleaned and prepared, you can of course also check in before 4:00 pm.
If you're only arriving late in the evening or at night, that's no problem. We'll let you know before your arrival where to safely find the key to your studio.
